As Co-Owner of Taste & Design, bringing over a decade of culinary expertise and hands-on experience across multiple positions within the hospitality industry. With a refined palate and an exceptional eye for detail, Shaun has built a reputation for delivering elevated dining experiences that blend creativity, precision, and thoughtful presentation.
His talent extends beyond the plate; understanding service, operations, and the full guest experience allows him to approach every event with both artistry and strategy. Known for his passion, discipline, and natural leadership, Shaun plays an integral role in shaping the brand’s luxury, design-forward culinary vision.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Shaun can be found on the water paddleboarding, fishing, and enjoying time outdoors, drawing inspiration from nature that often finds its way back into his cuisine.

MEET DESIGNER ANNA
You deserve to truly enjoy your event, and that begins with an experience designed with intention and executed flawlessly. As Co-Owner of Taste & Design, she brings over a decade of experience producing events ranging from intimate private dinners to large-scale celebrations for 1,000+ guests.
At Taste & Design, she believes food is more than a menu; it’s a visual statement and a sensory experience. With a refined eye for design, a deep understanding of hospitality, and strong industry relationships, she ensures every event is thoughtfully curated and seamlessly executed.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending summers in Montana, exploring the outdoors, tending to fresh blooms, and starting her mornings with a strong cup of coffee. She draws inspiration from nature, connection, and the beauty of thoughtful details and values she brings into every event.
HOW TASTE & DESIGN STARTED
Shaun and Anna met over four years ago while working together in the hospitality industry, each bringing over a decade of experience in different areas centered around food. We quickly realized how well our strengths complemented each other and shared a vision: to bring warmth, thoughtful details, and genuine hospitality back to the guest experience. What started as a shared idea between two colleagues grew into a company dedicated to creating not just amazing dishes, but memorable, meaningful experiences.
